Hello, and wel­come aboard this FlySafair flight. I’m so glad that you are giv­ing us the op­por­tu­nity to share our passion for fly­ing with you.

We love see­ing more peo­ple fly and unit­ing them with who and what they love. It is for this rea­son that we al­ways try and keep our prices as low as pos­si­ble, and are con­stantly grow­ing our of­fer­ings.

We re­cently added flights be­tween Port El­iz­a­beth and Dur­ban, as well as East Lon­don and Dur­ban, which will give more peo­ple trav­el­ling be­tween th­ese des­ti­na­tions the chance to fly.We will soon add more air­craft to our fleet as well, in or­der to in­crease the fre­quency of flights on some of our routes.

We will be shar­ing a lit­tle bit of our world with you from mid-March with a new TV com­mer­cial in which we share some of the sto­ries from our staff and pas­sen­gers. So keep an eye out for it and let us know what you think of it.

With the first quar­ter of 2018 quickly draw­ing to a close, we are in the process of pre­par­ing for the busy Easter week­end and the up­com­ing school hol­i­days at the end of the month.

It’s im­por­tant to re­mem­ber that th­ese peak pe­riod seats tend to sell out fast, and wait­ing to make a book­ing al­ways works against cus­tomers. Not only do flights sell out, but ticket prices tend to rise quickly due to the higher de­mand dur­ing th­ese pe­ri­ods. If you haven’t al­ready done so, I urge you to book your hol­i­day flights now in or­der to se­cure the best fares.

We rec­og­nize that there are a va­ri­ety of op­tions avail­able to cus­tomers look­ing for lo­cal travel, and our aim is to re­main South Africa’s favourite air­line. As such, 2018 will see us con­tin­u­ing to fo­cus on cus­tomer ser­vice and our em­ploy­ees so that we can con­tinue to of­fer the most af­ford­able, on-time and hassle-free travel solution to our cus­tomers.
