In Flight Magazine - - TOTALLY TASTY -

Breakfast may or may not be the most important meal of the day – the science differs wildly, and seemingly by season – but one non-negotiable thing about breakfast is that it must be delicious. People of Melville in Joburg and beyond, cast your eyes to Pablo Eggs-Go-Bar and prepare your taste buds for a party in the AM.This trendy breakfast spot offers patrons the chance to start their day right with a variety of egg dishes, plus classic brekkie favourites and coffee – lots of coffee. Our personal favourite has got to be the Egg n Soldiers – bacon-wrapped asparagus spears, grated parmesan, soft-boiled eggs and toast – but it was a tough choice between that and the Steak n Bacon Cheddar Balls which comprise of beef mince, smoked back bacon and cheddar cheese meatballs with Pablo’s red sauce and fried eggs.Their coffee is hot and expertly made, and the rest of their drinks menu means that non coffee-drinkers certainly won’t feel hard done by.Try the Earl Grey tea . . . it’ll change you.
