Situated at the epicentre of one of the Cape’s premier wine regions, Plaisir de Merle is renowned as a producer of exceptional wines, thanks to a unique combination of terroir and meticulous viticulture. The Plaisir de Merle Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 is a full-bodied, fruit-driven wine with notes of blackberries, cedar, dark chocolate and sweet vanilla. It has a firm, ripe tannin structure on the palate, and lingering flavours of sweet red berry fruit.
