Antrim Villa is housed in a renovated English Victorian farmhouse which was built in the 1800s as a family residence.This family feeling lives on at the guesthouse today, with the house providing a warm and charming oasis for visitors.

The house stays true to its origins with its high ceilings and wooden floors. Painted white and lined with bamboo, it provides a cosy vacation feel.You’ll quickly forget that you’re in the city, while still being able to enjoy all the benefits of being in the heart of it all.

Follow the bamboo-lined walls down the corridor and you’ll find the pool area, surrounded by greenery and lounge chairs, drenched in sunlight.

Inside, the rooms are decorated to provide you with a feeling of an African oasis, with earthy tones and natural fabrics including sisal, linen and bamboo.

There are four room types: single rooms for solo travellers; twin and double rooms for couples and friends travelling together; and double family rooms for larger groups.The rooms are all en-suite and have extra-length beds. The bedding is a treat, with 100% cotton sheets and a mountain of pillows which you’ll sink right into.

Guests will find a booklet in their rooms with a selection of activities in and around the city, as well as restaurant recommenda­tions. There’ s also Wi-Fi connectivi­ty, and the use of a small library housed in the communal lounge.

In the mornings, guests are treated to a homemade breakfast spread which can be enjoyed in the communal lounge, on the outside terrace, or in your room upon request. There is a coffee machine for your caffeine fix, as well as a selection of teas and juices. In addition to continenta­l fare, a chef is also ready to serve you with a smile, whipping up eggs to your liking. As an extra “n ice-to-have ”, An trim Villa has an honesty cupboard and fridge in the common area, so guests can top up on snacks and beverages without fuss during their stay.
