The limited edition 2020/2021 Carroll Shelby Signature Series, named after its eponymous race driver and company founder, is arguably the most complete and polished car in Shelby American history and pays tribute to the motorsport icon in typical muscle-car fashion.
While the majority of the 50 Carroll Shelby Signature Series cars have been prioritised for the North American market, Shelby South Africa is proud to confirm an allocation of three Carroll Shelby Signature Series cars, all of which will be right-hand drive and available in a choice of convertible or fastback; automatic or manual transmission.The level of authenticity will be guaranteed by each car’s placement into the official Shelby Registry.

Designed to emulate the iconic look, design and legendary off-road capabilities of the actual vehicle, this first-ever LEGO model of a Jeep SUV – the LEGO Technic Jeep Wrangler – is ready to face any epic adventure. says Gary Patterson, president of Shelby American. “From its refined yet functional styling to its poised handling and awesome power, along with its performance capabilities, this Shelby is the automotive equivalent of a champion fighter that looks as good in a tux as in the ring.”
Under the modified hood is an 800hp (596 kW) engine fitted with bespoke Shelby components for consistent and sustained performance lap after lap. A Borla exhaust system delivers Shelby’s signature soundtrack – the V8’s deep burble contrasted by the supercharger’s higher tone.
All Shelby conversions and upgrades are done at the official Mod Shop in the Western Cape by a team of technicians trained by Shelby American. The new model of this powerful SUV will provide a thrilling building experience for LEGO fans of all ages as they recreate the highperformance 4x4 systems, rugged tires, fold-down rear seats and classic seven-slot grille in LEGO Technic form.
Once complete, a button-operated front steering system and powerful axle-articulation suspension means that builders can test out their models on a host of obstacles.

The LEGO Technic Jeep Wrangler is designed for Jeep and LEGO fans alike, aged nine and above. It will be available from 1st January 2021, from lego.com, LEGO stores and other retailers globally.
