Recently launched tax app, hApp-e-tax, offers everything accountants, auditors, tax practitioners, lawyers, business people and even students need to know about South African income tax legislation. The app aims to provide a comprehensive tax information base that is easy to navigate, with an intuitive search engine to make finding information really easy without an internet connection. It also allows users to insert notes and create client briefcases with all the relevant tax information related to a particular assignment or project. hApp-e-tax is immediately updated whenever there are tax legislation changes. The app is available on trial for free for the first three months and is available for download in the iOS App Store or on Google Play. Thereafter, it is priced at R489 a year.
