BANINGI abasele “nemikhaba” emuva kwezibilib­oco zamaholidi kaKhisimus­i. Isolezwe lixoxe noWandisa Thusi oyiFitness Trainer, ukuchaza ngokumele kwenziwe ngabafuna ukugcina imizimba yabo isesimeni.
