Umqeqeshi ukhuza ihaba kwabafuna ukuncipha
BANINGI abasele “nemikhaba” emuva kwezibiliboco zamaholidi kaKhisimusi. Isolezwe lixoxe noWandisa Thusi oyiFitness Trainer, ukuchaza ngokumele kwenziwe ngabafuna ukugcina imizimba yabo isesimeni. Uveze ukuthi umonakalo emzimbeni awuqali kuphela ngamaholidi kodwa maningi amaphutha abantu abawenzayo phakathi nonyaka.
“Abantu basuke benze ngehaba, bazibekele imigomo ephezulu. Umuntu acabange ukuthi uzonciphisa umzimba ngo-10kg esikhathini esifushane. Uma uqala ukuzivocavoca kumele wazi ukuthi uzenzela wena ukuthi ube nempilo, ungenzi sengathi kukhona oncintisana naye. Kubalulekile ukuthi uzibekele imigomo namaphupho ozokwazi ukuwafeza,” kusho yena.

Uthe ukujima nabantu abaningi ekilasini kuyakhuthaza ngoba awusheshi ukuvilapha. Uyakuncoma nokugijima ngaphandle, yize ethi nakho kuya ngemizimba yabantu. Nokho uthe abaningi bayashesha ukuncipha uma begijima ngoba umzimba uyathuka futhi kuvocavoceka zonke izingxenye zomzimba.
“Ungagijima olwandle uma ufuna ukushesha ubone umehluko. Akumele nokho abantu bazigqilaze ngoba befuna ukuncipha ngokushesha. Umuntu uyasidinga isikhathi sokuphumula okungenani kanye ngesonto noma ngempelasonto. Ukujima kanye ngosuku kwanele uma uzimisela,” kuchaza uWandisa.
