One day he will put in a good performance and the next day he will let you down. Being a good shot-stopper is definitely his strength, which comes out in certain moments, but his decision-making is inconsistent. nt If you compare him to Itumeleng Khune Khune, Itu is definitely consistent. When Khune comes out he is sure to get to the end of every cross, but with Mpontshane he is never sure. But he is using his experience very well in terms of commanding and organising, even though he is not the most vocal. He can do better with how he stamps his authority.”
