SCOTTISH STUDENTS

Simon Murray is not the first Scotland-born footballer to do duty for Wits in the post-apartheid era. Nelson Still was a Scotsman who played for The Students as a goalkeeper in the mid-1990s after having arrived from Dynamos. Then came Gary McNab who was born in Dunfermline and played for Wits from 1997-1999 before proceeding to Moroka Swallows, where he enjoyed a lengthy stay.
