Steenbok fulfils its Pledge

-

In the aftermath of the fires in June last year, Steenbok Nature Reserve undertook to share with Pledge Nature Reserve half of the proceeds derived from the sale of the second edition of its successful Shared Recipes book. At a recent ceremony at the Steenbok entrance, a cheque was handed to trustee Nanna Joubert (second from right) and Pledge chairman Peet Joubert (right), by Diana Stromberg (second from left) and Roger Voysey representing Steenbok Nature Reserve. Rehabilitation of Pledge Nature Reserve is now well under way and is once again open to the public. Visit Pledge Nature Reserve to witness the amazing regeneration of trees and fynbos.
