There should be no bail for some

“Justice warrior”, Knysna:

I cannot believe that such cowardly barbaric creatures (the scum of society who attacked the elderly man in Keurbooms and the low-life scum of a being that took the life of a lovely woman in Piesang Valley) are even allowed to apply for bail.

They must be held in captivity while the case against them is put together. Then the rapist/murderer must be put away for life… I wish death penalty was still around.

As for the scum who attacked the elderly man, they should be given the same sentence – life or, better still, the death penalty. Nobody has the right to attack and do grievous bodily harm to another and think they can get away with it.

The magistrates/prosecutors are hugely at fault for even giving these scum the opportunity to apply for bail. Do your jobs properly and put the scum away forever!
