THEFT - GRA­HAM ST (T­hurs 22 March @ 12h05) - C­lient pres­sed the pa­nic af­ter dis­co­ve­ring her lap­top mis­sing. Sus­pect must ha­ve en­te­red w­hi­le o­w­ner was in the garden. No des­crip­ti­on a­vai­la­ble. SHOPLIFTING - MAIN ST (T­hurs 22 March @ 15h35) - All­sound Gu­ards re­por­ted that a sus­pect was ap­pre­hen­ded for shoplifting i­tem to the va­lue of R1 800. Ca­se was o­pe­ned and sus­pect han­ded o­ver to SAPS. SHOPLIFTING - NEL­SON ST (T­hurs 22 March @ 16h30) - C­lient pres­sed the pa­nic af­ter ap­pre­hen­ding man for shoplifting. O­w­ner de­cli­ned to o­pen a ca­se and sus­pect had to be re­le­a­sed. THEFT - MAIN ST (Sat 24 March @ 01h46) - Gent­le­man stop­ped our Re­spon­se Of­fi­cer to report that his cel­lp­ho­ne was sto­len. No information on ti­me or des­crip­ti­on of who took it. SAPS we­re no­ti­fied.

THEFT FROM VEHI­CLE - QU­EEN ST (Tu­es 27 March @ 06h41) - All­sound Of­fi­cer no­ti­ced hu­bcaps mis­sing from mi­ni­bus. Hu­bcaps we­re la­ter re­co­ve­r­ed and re­tur­ned to o­w­ner. No ca­se was o­pe­ned.

THEFT OUT M.V. - WESTHILL DR (Sat 24 March @ 12h43) - C­lient pho­ne to report his car was bro­ken in­to. No­thing vi­si­bly mis­sing. Ca­se was o­pe­ned. AT­TEMP­TED BUR­GLA­RY - FAURE ST (Sun 25 March @ 10h23) - C­lient re­por­ted an at­temp­ted bre­ak-in at his ga­ra­ge. Door was for­ced o­pen but no en­try gai­ned, no­thing mis­sing.

BUR­GLA­RY - OLD TOLL RD (Fri 23 March @ 08h38) - C­lient pho­ned to report a bre­ak-in at pro­per­ty. Back­door was found o­pen, no for­ce marks. A lap­top and cashbox we­re re­por­ted mis­sing at the ti­me. Ca­se was o­pe­ned.

BUR­GLA­RY - DAVIDSON ST (Wed 28 March @ 08h43) - C­lient pho­ned to report a bre­ak-in at the pre­mi­ses. Sus­pect en­te­red via va­cant ad­ja­cent pre­mi­ses and bro­ke through in­ter­nal wall. Bott­les of al­co­hol we­re re­por­ted mis­sing. SAPS we­re no­ti­fied and a ca­se was o­pe­ned.

AT­TEMP­TED BUR­GLA­RY - BOYCE CL (Sat 24 March @ 01h26) - Of­fi­cer re­spon­ded to a­larm sig­nal and con­fir­med at­temp­ted bre­ak-in af­ter fin­ding for­ce marks on win­dow. No en­try was gai­ned.

RHEENENDAL / PHANTOM RIVER

BUR­GLA­RY - PHANTOM RIVER RD (Mon 26 March @ 05h55) - Re­si­dent te­lep­ho­ned to report a bre­ak-in at the pro­per­ty. Lap­top and 2 hand­bags we­re re­por­ted mis­sing. SAPS we­re no­ti­fied. All­sound Of­fi­cers se­ar­ched sur­roun­ding a­rea, no sus­pects found.

THEFT / FRAUD - WATSONIA DR (Sat 24 March @ 14h19) - C­lient re­por­ted that he was scam­med af­ter sel­ling lap­top on­li­ne. Sus­pect/s de­frau­ded him and mo­ney ne­ver cle­a­red. Ca­se was re­por­ted to SAPS.
