Pedestrians a law unto themselves

Knysna-Plett Herald - - Letters | Briewe -

Jenny Hayward, Knysna:

Do any other drivers in Knysna find pedestrians a problem?

So many of them walk across a busy street, anywhere they please, and seem to have no knowledge of the rules of the road. Two particular areas of concern are: schoolchildren after school and pedestrians walking across the parking area at the SuperSpar.

There are perfectly good pavements, intersections and sidewalks – just wish that pedestrians would utilise them!
