Mr SA to launch book in Sed­ge

Dr Ha­bib Noor­bhai, Mr South A­fri­ca in 2017, will launch his first book in Sed­ge­field t­his month. Kno­wn for his pi­o­neer­ing work as a sport s­cien­ce re­se­ar­cher, Noor­bhai will be sig­ning books at Pi­li Pi­li on 23 A­pril from 17:30 on­wards. Noor­bhai (29) has writ­ten a book that looks at the “roots of his li­fe”, cal­led He­art. Through t­he­se me­moirs, Noor­bhai ho­pes to in­spi­re as ma­ny as pos­si­ble to li­ve bet­ter li­ves, he says.

In t­his book he com­mu­ni­ca­tes “the art of li­ving through hu­ma­ni­ty, wor­king smart, lo­ving and ha­ving a ba­lan­ce and pur­po­se for li­fe”. The book is a­vai­la­ble in book­sto­res na­ti­on­wi­de, but by meet­ing Noor­bhai in Sed­ge­field he will sign a copy for R250. –
