Ballet meets cinema in Knysna

This past Saturday 3 November the Knysna-Plett Herald had the chance to experience the Sidwell Roman School of Ballet in all its glory when the school put on their endof-year show named Ballet meets Cinema at the NG Church hall in Fichat Street.

During this performance, Roman’s ballerinas entertained both parents and other ballet lovers with their talents and proved that their dedication and hard work throughout the year certainly paid off.

Some of the films portrayed by the dancers were The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Phantom of the Opera, 007 (James Bond) and Jurassic Park – these and others had the crowd on their feet by the end of the show.
