Mand­la Tyo­lo­lo se­cond bail ap­pli­ca­ti­on fails

Mand­la Tyo­lo­lo, for­mer Knys­na Taxi Fo­rum se­cre­ta­ry and one of four accu­sed in the Vic­tor Mo­lo­si mur­der tri­al, was de­nied an op­por­tu­ni­ty to re­ap­ply for bail ba­sed on “new facts” in the Knys­na Ma­gi­stra­te’s Court on Tu­es­day 27 No­vem­ber.

Ma­gi­stra­te F­lip­pie Hendricks said the facts that we­re pla­ced on re­cord du­ring Tyo­lo­lo’s 15 No­vem­ber bail ap­pli­ca­ti­on as “new facts” by Tyo­lo­lo’s le­gal re­pre­sen­ta­ti­ve E­zra Mor­ri­son, we­re not new and ex­is­ted on the o­ri­gi­nal bail ap­pli­ca­ti­on.

Hendricks said it was for t­his re­a­son that he stands by his de­ci­si­on to de­ny bail.
