New outdoor Art Fair

The Farm Market
At The Farm Craft, Food & Vintage Market on Spring Day 1 September, 10:00 to 14:00 you’ll find super keen gardeners with every category from herbs and vegetables to fruit and plants, including a glorious diversity from fynbos to succulents. You will also unearth all the local star bakers, jams, spices, chutneys, Italian sauce makers and more, and enjoy scrumptious breakfast or lunch in between browsing stalls for handmade good.

Gardening @ Leisure
The next meeting of Gardening @ Leisure will be held on 6 September at 10:00, at Sassenheim Estate on the N2 towards Plett, on the left just before the Airport Road turn-off (Harkerville). Tree Society
On Sunday 8 September at 10:00, the Outeniqua branch of the Dendrological (Tree) Society will be visiting Hidden Valley, Ruigtevlei. The walk will be through fynbos which has not been burnt over 30 years, then through the forest margin transitional zone to a viewpoint looking down indigenous forested slopes to the Karatara River.
