The NSRI Wilderness, Red Cross' Air Mercy Services (AMS) and Metro Rescue took part in a combined training exercise on Wilderness beach on Sunday 30 August. "We regularly hold training exercises. In this case, it was the quarterly Air Sea Rescue training," said NSRI Wilderness station commander, Garth Dominy.

NSRI rescue swimmers from Mossel Bay, EMS rescue divers and the Skymed rescue helicopter crew joined in the exercise. Deidré Cloete was there to capture the action.
