NVT director steps down

- Blake Linder

PLETTENBERG BAY - The Nature's Valley Trust (NVT) last week announced that its current director will be stepping down from his position at the end of the month.

“It is with regret that I have to inform you that Duncan Hay will be leaving the NVT as our director at the end of July,” said NVT chairman Chris van Melle Kamp. Hay will be returning to Pietermaritzburg because of personal matters.

“We want to thank Duncan for his contribution to the work of the NVT and the Nature's Valley community during his time with us.

“We are grateful that he has offered to be available to assist the NVT for a few months after he leaves,” Van Melle Kamp said.

He further announced that conservation scientist Brittany Arendse will take over as acting director until NVT has finalised the appointment of a new director.

“To voice any queries please contact me at info@future-purpose.com.” Van Melle Kamp said.
