Bringing together key stakeholders from various sectors in Knysna, including the Greater Knysna Business Forum, Garden Route District Skills Mecca, KADC and Knysna Municipality, the meeting aimed to lay the foundation for collaborative efforts and set goals to drive investment and economic growth in the town.

Throughout the meeting, a common theme emerged: investment as a powerful tool for driving economic growth in Knysna. The stakeholders recognised the importance of attracting both local and international investment to stimulate the town's economy, create employment opportunities and foster sustainable development.

Emphasis was put on the need to build strong partnerships and networks that can drive investment into Knysna to showcase the town's potential, unique offerings and

investment opportunities.

With the selection of the investment subcommittee and the outlined aims, the meeting also served as a prelude to the Yona Yethu Investment conference, scheduled to take place early in December.
