Etosha Heights is a private game reserve of around 60 000 hectares that borders Namibia’s famous Etosha National Park. Etosha Heights offers two lodges, both opulent and beautiful, surrounded by 360 degrees of amazing Namibian fauna and flora.

The Safarihoek Lodge is located on a hillside and overlooks a large waterhole and a huge chunk of the farm. You can choose between numerous shared amenities like the pool, wine lounge or fireplace, or the privacy of your own luxury cabin.

The second lodging option is the Etosha Mountain Lodge, with a main building that offers an unobstructed view of the surroundings. There’s also a main lapa and pool area but if you value your privacy, you can retreat to one of seven lavish chalets that offers 180-degree panoramas of the park. The usual game reserve activities are on offer, including game drives, photography, night drives and rhino tracking.

Let’s not forget about those epic sunsets, which by themselves are completely worth the trip to Etosha Heights. The reserve feature four of Africa’s Big Five, it’s only the buffalo that is not around (because of disease threats to local cattle populations).
