• 80g raw cashew nuts • 80g raw wal­nuts • 80g raw macadamia nuts • 1 tsp ground cin­na­mon • 15g toasted co­conut chips • 50g dried cran­ber­ries • 20g pump­kin seeds • 30g sun­flower seeds

1. Pre­heat the oven to 180˚C. Place the nuts on a bak­ing tray

and sprin­kle the cin­na­mon on top. Toss to com­bine. Bake the nuts for 10 min­utes or un­til they are golden. Re­move them from the oven and let them cool. 2. Place the cooled nuts in a bowl, add the re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents and stir to com­bine. 3. Store the trail mix in an air­tight con­tainer, in a cool place, for up to a week.
