HIKING TRAIL MIX
• 80g raw cashew nuts • 80g raw walnuts • 80g raw macadamia nuts • 1 tsp ground cinnamon • 15g toasted coconut chips • 50g dried cranberries • 20g pumpkin seeds • 30g sunflower seeds
1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Place the nuts on a baking tray
and sprinkle the cinnamon on top. Toss to combine. Bake the nuts for 10 minutes or until they are golden. Remove them from the oven and let them cool. 2. Place the cooled nuts in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. 3. Store the trail mix in an airtight container, in a cool place, for up to a week.
