An unexpected learning experience happened when Stephanou was standing in a lunch queue during a period where he worked in banking, after his PDM.

“As a highly impatient person I get extremely frustrated by queues. During my time in the corporate world I identified the problem of the lunchtime bottleneck­s: between 12 and 2pm, employees gather in the staff restaurant and waste on average 30 minutes queuing and waiting for their meals to be prepared.
