CEO: etse a saac Shongwe, the winner of the Conscious Companies Awards 2020 and the founder and CEO of Letsema, a black-owned profession­al services firm at the heart of a diversifie­d investment holding company, is a man for all seasons. His ability to innovate and grow businesses in challengin­g economic circumstan­ces has seen him create Letsema, meaning e e ing ge e n e in Sotho. This sense of collective effort towards a shared vision is his underlying philosophy.
