500 Rifles

Many thanks for publishing my article in the April issue. In my opinion, Magnum is getting better all the time.

However, a full stop somehow crept into the caption at the top of page 59 which reads, “A good example of one of the .500 Westley Richards...” This gives the impression that the calibre of these rifles is .500. However the 500 refers to the number of these rifles bought, which is correct – without the full stop. I just wanted to mention the error before any Monkey Tail owners are offended! – Ron Bester, Free State
