Man in search of long lost relatives from PMB

Afamily member of the Morrison family, who resided at 27 Jesmond Road in the 1980s, is desperately trying to get in touch with his long lost family members.

Matthys Klopper, who resides in Johannesburg, is compiling a family tree and has lost contact with some of his maternal relatives that trace back to the surname Du Plessis. The family, according to his research in ancestry archives, are from Pietermaritzburg.

He is looking for the two daughters of Aletta Sophia Hester Du Plessis (1922 1987), who married George Sydney Morrison (1911-1982) on July 8, 1955.

The daughters’ names are Jennifer and Ellen Morrison, and they stayed at 27 Jesmond Road around 1985.
