Snakes at the museum

KwaZulu-Natal Museum’s new temporary exhibition on snakes will stop you dead in your tracks!

Situated at the entrance of the KwaZulu-Natal Museum, the temporary exhibition features a selection of harmless and dangerous snakes that can be found in and around Pietermaritzburg.

The museum is open on Monday to Friday from 9am until 3.30pm, on Saturdays from 9am until 3pm and on Sundays from 10am until 2pm. Entry is cash only and is R15 for adults and R5 for children from the ages of four to 17.
