Maritzburg College kicks off summer sports
This weekend saw the official start to the third term’s summer sport programme, with cricket, water polo and basketball matches against Westville Boys’ High.
Results confirmed that these two school are evenly matched across the codes, with College winning six of the 11 cricket matches, and nine of the 18 basketball encounters. Westville, however, proved the stronger in the pool. There also great results for College’s shooting and mountain biking boys.
