Seared Chicken Dinner
1. Pop 1 free-range breast in a ziptop bag and bash to 6mm thick. Season; sear in an oiled pan on medium, 5 to 7 minutes a side. Add to a plate.
2. Same pan: cut the heat to medium low. Add 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive
Oil and 1 minced garlic clove. Cook
30 seconds; add a half bunch broccoli rabe, put the lid on, and cook till tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Serve chicken with Steers Barbeque Sauce, and broccoli rabe. Feeds 1.
