Seared Chicken Din­ner

1. Pop 1 free-range breast in a zip­top bag and bash to 6mm thick. Sea­son; sear in an oiled pan on medium, 5 to 7 min­utes a side. Add to a plate.

2. Same pan: cut the heat to medium low. Add 1 Tbsp Ex­tra Vir­gin Olive

Oil and 1 minced gar­lic clove. Cook

30 sec­onds; add a half bunch broc­coli rabe, put the lid on, and cook till ten­der, 3 to 5 min­utes. Serve chicken with Steers Bar­beque Sauce, and broc­coli rabe. Feeds 1.
