Kneel with your left leg behind you and place both hands on the floor in front of you; this is the starting position. Tighten your core, making sure your back isn’t rounding. Lift your right hand off the floor, straighten your right arm, and then reach it up, feeling a stretch in your back. Hold and return to the start. That’s 1 rep; do 1 set of 10 per side.
