Kneel with your left leg be­hind you and place both hands on the floor in front of you; this is the start­ing po­si­tion. Tighten your core, mak­ing sure your back isn’t round­ing. Lift your right hand off the floor, straighten your right arm, and then reach it up, feel­ing a stretch in your back. Hold and re­turn to the start. That’s 1 rep; do 1 set of 10 per side.
