Start your first su­per­set with a test for your arms, abs and legs. On your knees, your torso up­right, hold two ket­tle­bells at your shoul­ders in the front rack po­si­tion (A). Step up with your right foot to stand (B). Re­turn to your knees by drop­ping your right leg first. That’s one rep. Al­ter­nate your legs for each rep un­til you hit the full count on both sides. Now: rows.
