4 Sin­gle-arm Bias Pull-Up 3 sets of 4-6 reps

Hang from a pull-up bar with an over­hand grip, keep­ing your arms straight (A). In­stead of pulling up your body as usual, chal­lenge each arm in­di­vid­u­ally, as well as your shoul­der sta­bil­ity, by pulling your chin to­wards your left hand first, then your right (B). Per­form at least four reps on each side, rest­ing for 90 sec­onds be­fore start­ing your se­cond set of lunges.
