Get in push-up po­si­tion, hands di­rectly be­low your shoul­ders on a bench. Do push-ups for 30 sec­onds, fo­cus­ing on ag­gres­sively squeez­ing your chest at the top of each rep. Rest for 30 sec­onds af­ter each set.
