T20 champ to be crowned tomorrow
New champions in the SWD T20 competition will be crowned tomorrow, Saturday 14 October, after the defending champions, Union Stars, were eliminated in the quarter-finals.
It is the first time since the inception of the competition in 2008 that Union Stars have not reach the semi-finals.
Harlequins Forces will take on Mossel Bay in the first semi-final, after which NMU and George will lock horns. The final will start at 15:00. All the matches will be at the REC Ground in Oudtshoorn.
The SWD winner will together with the Boland and Western Province champions, contest a place in the Multiple Club Championships that will be held in Pretoria between 8 and 10 December.
