I see that I am not the only person complainin­g about non-existing service. A letter to the Mossel Bay Advertiser on 9 February Waar is Telkom? refers. Our telephone has been dead for three weeks and Telkom's response to our complaints is repeated ad nauseum: "The fault has been reported." Numerous visits to their shop have produced no results. I too found the visits frustratin­g and unhelpful. So what do we do? Please, get your act in order. This is a disgrace. Yes, we still have to pay our account even when the service provides nothing. And no, not everybody has a cellphone.
