Moonlight Maze at Redberry Farm

-

Get your favourite UV outfits and flashlights ready for Redberry Farm's annual Moonlight Maze on Friday, 15 June!

Make your way through the Redberry Farm hedge maze in the dark, with only your torch to illuminate your way. Discover all seven secret stations hidden inside the labyrinth of passages and conquer the maze at night.

This popular family event only takes place once a year and visitors get the chance to enter the maze, formed by 10 000m of hedgerows, after dark. The objective is to find all the stations hidden inside rather than finding the exit, and this year's Moonlight Mazers will receive a unique badge. Entry times are

18:00, 19:00 and 20:00 and tickets are limited. Only 200 tickets are sold per time slot and the event is sold out annually. Prepurchased tickets are R50 per person and tickets purchased on the night are R65, so be sure to get your tickets online, and early. Online ticket sales close at midnight on 14 June.

The recommended dress code is takkies, a head torch and warm, layered clothing. Wear neon or white to participate in the UV light and glow stick fun. Get in the mood and kit out with glow sticks, headbands, spectacles and other glow accessories, which will be available on the night. A takeaway supper menu with burgers, boerewors rolls and hot chips will be available from the Redberry Farm tea garden and hot, delicious, wood-fired pizzas will be served at The Noshery.

In addition to their usual offerings, the Red Shed Coffee and Berry Bar will have UV Cocktails and Moonlight Hot Chocolate. Houtbosch will have a Moonlight Cabernet Milkshake and Framboos will have a Moon Waffle Combo and Moonlight Gelato Special. The Moonlight Maze is a safe family event, suitable for all ages. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult. With live music, good food and the maze by moonlight, this will be a night to remember!
