MOVIES AT MONROE THEATRE

Next week, the Monroe Theatre screens Rio Bravo as its Thursday flick on 11 October at 18:30. Howard Hawks directs legends John Wayne, Dean Martin and Ricky Nelson in this cowboy epic. A smalltown sheriff in the American West enlists the help of a cripple, a drunk, and a young gunfighter in his efforts to hold in jail the brother of the local bad guy.
