‘Angel’ surprises D’Almeida children

D'Almeida children received a big surprise from Cecilia Fillies on 24 December.

Cecilia, a municipal staffer who resides in Alhof Drive in D'Almeida, used her Christmas bonus to buy children Christmas goodie bags. This woman deserves a trophy for putting a smile of these children's faces and putting hope in the hearts of tomorrow's leaders. I admire her greatly for doing this, because she is not a wealthy person and could have used her bonus for something else.
