Make your little ones happy with these innovative lunch boxes and get them to help prepare them!
Makes: 4 INGREDIENTS
■ 4 whole wheat wraps
■ ½ packet mixed baby salad leaves
■ 1 red pepper, grilled
■ 1 large carrot, grated
■ 1 can (225g) pilchards in tomatoes
■ 50g (½ cup) feta, diced or grated
■ Cheddar cheese
Place 1 wrap on a flat surface. Arrange some salad leaves, red pepper, carrot, flaked pilchards and feta or cheddar cheese along 1 side of the wrap.
Season with salt and pepper. Roll up wrap, folding in ends, to enclose filling. Cut in half. Wrap in plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
