Make your lit­tle ones happy with th­ese in­no­va­tive lunch boxes and get them to help pre­pare them!

Makes: 4 IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

■ 4 whole wheat wraps

■ ½ packet mixed baby salad leaves

■ 1 red pep­per, grilled

■ 1 large car­rot, grated

■ 1 can (225g) pilchards in toma­toes

■ 50g (½ cup) feta, diced or grated

■ Ched­dar cheese

IN­STRUC­TIONS

Place 1 wrap on a flat sur­face. Ar­range some salad leaves, red pep­per, car­rot, flaked pilchards and feta or ched­dar cheese along 1 side of the wrap.

Sea­son with salt and pep­per. Roll up wrap, fold­ing in ends, to en­close fill­ing. Cut in half. Wrap in plas­tic wrap. Re­peat with re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents. Store in an air­tight con­tainer in the fridge.
