LET’S start 2019 off with a bang! As this is the first issue of the year, we’ve added extra real-life stories! I know January is the time when a good many of us say, “This is the year that we’ll lose weight!” and the first few weeks of the new year sees the gym full and all of us on special eating plans. But as the months go by and we fall back into our daily routine of work and deadlines, gym becomes a distant memory – and takeaway suddenly seems much easier than cooking! Well, let’s not fall into that trap this year; let’s make 2019 a year in which we ditch the diets but just make healthy eating a habit. So ‘no!’ to junk food! It’s hard I know, but we can do it! All we need is motivation and inspiration. With this in mind we’ve decided to share some inspirational body transformation stories. On page 3 we meet the hottest vegan, hunk Massimo, who’s no meat but ALL muscle. Then on page 14 there’s Ralph, who dropped 107kg (by ditching his bacon sandwiches) and Emmanuel,

25, who lost 122kg after being ‘disgusted’ with the sight of himself on stage. A larger-than-life trans woman Gonzalo lost an amazing 76kg on page 15, while Lexi, 27, lost an unbelievable 137kg.

If these people can turn their lives around, we can too! But please be sure to consult your doctor before you decide to take on any fitness plan.

Our celebrity news sections will be back to normal from the next issue, but you can always keep an eye on what’s happening in the land of glitz and glam by heading to our website, which runs 24/7:
