Polokwane City still not out of the woods

aespite collecting a point in their 1-1 draw against high flying Golden Arrows Football Club at Peter Mokaba Mokaba Stadium on Sunday, Polokwane City cootball Club is still not out of the woods yet.

They find themselves rooted in the 15th position of the league with 17 points and need maximum points in order to move up in the log standings.

Speaking after the match the club’s head coach, Clinton iarsen said they were not thinking about relegation. “te know our position in the league and we will get out of it. te are playing well, we are creating chances and f think going forward we will get the desired results.”

Chief operations officer of the club, Tincy Tema believes they have what it takes to move away from the relegation zone.

“te got ourselves into the relegation zone and we will get ourselves out of the zone. te can assure our supporters and the whole iimpopo community that we won’t be relegated. The players know the position of club and we are confident that they will deliver. te just have to remain focused, disciplined and dedicated.”
