Kings and Queens
The annual King and Queen of the Bushveld competition was hosted at The Ranch Resort on Saturday.
The competition saw 75 teams of two competing for the title. Participants had a choice of entering the elite, intermediate, beginner and teens categories and took on activities such as sprints, rowing, burpees, pullups, thrusters and weights.
The beneficiary for the event is Hope for Children, a non-profit organisation that provides foster care for children who cannot live with their parents or family.
There are four of these houses that offer care for the children.
