• On a verge contiguous to a building owned by the municipality or state, a church, a public monument or ATM.

• Close to a fire hydrant.

• A place where it obstructs a pedestrian from using the sidewalk.

• Within 5m of any intersection.

• On a sidewalk with a width of less than 4m.
