MAKITA CORDLESS ANGLE GRINDER

Makita’s DGA456ZJ cordless lithium-ion 115 mm angle grinder is just as capable as a mains-powered grinder with the added advantage of being brushless and cordless. It delivers an impressive 8 500 r/min from the brushless DC motor. The DGA456ZJ features a slide-type on-off switch with lock-on capability, plus two important safety features – an anti-restart function and electronic brake (kick-back user protection) that shuts the grinder down if the rotation speed suddenly slows down. Fitted with a battery gauge, it tells you at a glance the amount of charge the battery has left. This model is compatible with the Makita 5,0 Ah, 4,0 Ah, 3,0 Ah and 1,5 Ah 18 V lithium-ion batteries.

Meanwhile, Makita’s new ADP050 cordless USB adaptor can charge two Usb-compatible electronic devices, or supply power to a smartphone or tablet from a charged Makita 18 V lithium-ion battery.
