Requiring only one ingredient and one piece of equipment, it’s the easiest butter you’ll ever make.

1. Fill a jar about 1/3 of the way with fresh cream. 2. Shake for at least 10 minutes. 3. The fresh cream will become whipped cream, then, once you feel it shift around differentl­y in the jar, you’ll have butter.
