Processing satellite data isn’t easy. In fact, it’s something a big chunk of IBM’s Watson Decision Platform is dedicated to, especially when it comes to precision agriculture and predicting weather patterns. To improve matters, IBM launched PAIRS, a satellite system that offers precise and accurate resolution (of up to 250 metres) of historical weather data coupled with satellite data.
