The Skottel Braai

The CADAC brand is probably most famous for its Skottel Braai, an improvised grill that has its origins in the South African farmlands, where old plough-shear discs were turned into large, circular pans for cooking over an open fire. The first commercial sales began in the 1940s.

It’s ideal for cooking paella, breakfast fry-ups, stir-fries, traditional boerie rolls and, yes, even pizzas!
