SMARTWASHER

IF YOU’RE AN automotive enthusiast, you’ll know that finding an effective means to clean vehicle parts is only half the problem – the bigger issue is disposing of the toxic waste when you’re done. Traditionally, paraffin baths have been the go-to solution, but, paraffin is also flammable, environmentally toxic, and a difficult substance to dispose of. Fortunately, there’s a smarter way: CRC’s SmartWasher. It uses a scientific process called bioremediation, meaning it uses microbes to break down and neutralise hazardous substances. The washer comprises three main components: the parts washer, the OzzyJuice, and the OzzyMat.

OzzyJuice is a powerful water-based solution that’s non-hazardous and non-flammable, but tough on oil and grease. However, the real magic lies in the OzzyMat, where microbes break down the gunk to produce a harmless by-product made up of carbon dioxide and water. In short, OzzyJuice cleans the parts, while the microbes within the OzzyMat clean the juice! Each mat lasts approximately four to six months before it needs replacing.
