STEP 2: CUT THE LEGS TO LENGTH

Next, from one of your ten 76 mm-wide strips, cut four legs to final length. We used a mitre saw, though you could also use a circular saw – just make sure the cuts are square. Whether you’re using a circular or a mitre saw, make sure you measure and cut carefully so all of the pieces end up the same length. Set your Kreg Jig for 19 mm-thick material, and then drill pocket holes in one end of each leg, as shown. Sand the faces and edges smooth.
