PEANUT BUTTER MOUSSE

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

2 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp hot water 2 tbsp honey ¾ cup yoghurt

TO SERVE:

1 small apple, cut into matchsticks 2 tbsp roasted peanuts

STEPS TO SUCCESS:

Place the peanut butter in a bowl and pour over the hot water.

Mix until smooth. Gradually fold the honey and yoghurt into the peanutbutter mixture until fully combined.

To serve, divide the mixture between 2 mugs and top with apple and peanuts.

TIP

Split the ingredients with a colleague for a tasty shared snack, or halve the recipe for a single serving.
